Our History

816 Building Company came together from many years working in the remodeling and new construction industries. Our passion is helping families with ideas and dreams, and turning them into a reality. We have turned this passion from small projects like building decks to basement finishes, custom homes, and now creating our own floor plans.

Our People

Landon Phillips, owner

My wife Tosha and I have four kids and enjoy the country life. When we aren’t working, we are at a baseball or football field somewhere in Missouri or Kansas. We love spending time outside on our farm with horses, highland cattle, and chickens. The outdoors are where we love to be from being at the lake, having bonfires, or skiing in the mountains.
